Navigate to https://app.stickycards.co/cards
Click here to go to the Customers screen
Click the "Search" field to find the customer
Select the customer record
Click "+" or "-" on the Bonus balance box to increase or decrease the customer's point balance
Type the number of points you want to increase/decrease (i.e. 10 for 10 points) and click "Apply". You can leave a comment to save a note on this transaction
