Navigate to https://app.flowhub.com/customers/list#search=
Select a Customer with loyalty to Check
Click "CHECK IN"
Go to "CASHIER"
Select the Customer to create an Order
See here for their Point balance
Click "AVAILABLE REWARDS" to see if the customer is eligible for any rewards
Click "ADD" on the desired discounts
Add and Close the window
Discount has been applied. You can now complete the order
