Delivery reporting, personal push messages, and a long list of fixes
New reporting on campaign delivery, personal push messages, and smaller fixes across the screens you use every day. Everything here is already live in your account, with nothing to install or turn on.
Campaign Analytics shows two new columns for every campaign: how many contacts it went to, and what percentage was delivered. You can spot a campaign with a weak delivery rate from the list, without opening it.
If a link in your campaign is missing its http or https prefix, we catch it while you are building the campaign, so a broken link never reaches a customer.
Sending a draft email from Calendar view no longer creates a duplicate. The unusable "Archived" option is gone from the status dropdown. The screen no longer flickers when you switch templates.
Send a push message to one customer at a time again, fully supported in the new version of the platform. Useful for a birthday note, a saved cart, or a follow up after a support conversation.
If enabling push notifications fails, the message tells you why instead of showing a generic error.
Find a customer by their Loyalty ID from the contact table. Handy when a customer is at the counter and only has their card in front of them.
Searching for an email address containing dots, like jane.doe@example.com, used to return a "Failed to load contacts" error.
The points multiplier "x" option works, and bonus points and link URL no longer show as not configured after you set them.
Saving a Brand Kit no longer fails, and your selected brand tones display in full afterwards instead of being cut off.
Copying an invitation link copies the current link, not an expired one. Very long email addresses are validated when you send an invite. The empty state no longer appears after deleting members on the last page, and searching with no matches shows the right message.
The search field for transferring workspace ownership displays correctly.
The duplicate "Add a note" label is gone, the character counter resets properly after you edit a note, and single-character notes can be deleted.
Setup mistakes get caught early instead of costing you days of failed verification. The domain DNS record field validates "www", Canadian SMS and MMS registration validates the HST/GST number format, and a failed registration shows the real reason.
Passes render better in both Apple and Android wallets, so your artwork and text look cleaner on more devices.
You can no longer change a card type while editing an existing card, which used to break customer passes already in circulation.
Credits you buy stay in your account until you use them.
An issue that could push a credit balance below zero inside an automated play has been resolved.
Cloning a play names the copy the same way every other part of the platform does.
