Click "$ OFF" or "% OFF" as appropriate
Click "% OFF"
Click the Discount Amount field and enter the right number. I.e. "5
Click "For Third Party Loyalty"
Click "SAVE AS ACTIVE"
Click the Discount Name
Click "COPY THIRD PARTY ID"
