Dispensary customers who last bought 31 to 60 days ago: catch them early
Reach more customers when a 30-day list is too small
The Last purchase 31-60 days ago segment in Sticky Cards includes every dispensary customer whose most recent completed purchase was 31 to 60 days ago.
The wider active window. Use it when you need volume and you are willing to trade some relevance for it.
What is the Last purchase 31-60 days ago segment?
Everyone here made their most recent purchase 31 to 60 days ago. This is a band, not a running total: nobody in it has bought inside the last month.
That makes it the most sharply defined audience in the category. Everyone in it is at the same point: one to two months since they last came in, which is exactly where a routine starts to loosen and before it has been replaced by somewhere else.
Catch them here and you are still cheap to act on. Wait until they fall into Last purchase 61-90 days and you are paying for a harder sell, so this is the band where a small, well-timed nudge is worth the most.

The Email row is where the extra reach shows up most, because email consent tends to outlive attention. Expect a lower response rate per recipient here than on the 30-day list, and judge the send on total revenue rather than on percentages, since a wider list always looks worse on rate and can still be worth more in money.
What should a dispensary send to customers who are drifting?
The seasonal or holiday pushEmail
A date everyone recognises is the one message that works on both halves of this list. Nobody needs to be a regular to understand a long weekend.
The store-wide eventEmail and SMS
Events need bodies. This is the widest list you can send to and still honestly call the audience recent customers.
The soft reactivationSMS
Point it at the half of this list who are not on the 30-day list. Same segment, minus the active ones, and the message can be written for people who are drifting.
The big restock or range changeEmail
Worth telling everyone about. If the shelf has changed in a way people would notice, a customer from seven weeks ago wants to know as much as one from last week.
Ideas to try
Subtract the active half
Send to this segment with Last purchase 8-30 days under "Don’t send to". What is left is people who bought between one and two months ago, which is a sharper audience than either list on its own and one the app does not give you directly.
Sample subject line
Plenty has changed since you were last in
The seasonal blast
Run it as a Campaign Blast against the whole segment a week out from the date, with a push reminder on the morning itself. The wide list is doing its job here: you want reach, not precision.
Sample subject line
Open late all long weekend
The two-message split
Write one message for the active half and a different one for the drifting half, and send both on the same day. The extra half hour of work is usually worth more than any offer you could have added.
Sample text
It has been a few weeks. Your points are still on your card and the shelf has moved on. Reply STOP to end.
Related segments to pair it with
- Last purchase 8-30 daysDon’t send toSet this as your exclusion to isolate the drifting half of this list. The most useful thing you can do with the 60-day window.
- Last purchase 61-90 daysThe next step out. Go there when even 60 days will not fill the campaign, and expect to trade more relevance for it.
- Email Engaged (Last 90 Days)Cross the two when you want reach without hurting deliverability. An address that has engaged this year is a safer send than one that has not.
What to measure
Compare this send against the same offer run to the 30-day list. Two numbers matter: total revenue, which should be higher here, and revenue per recipient, which will be lower. If the extra reach is not paying for itself in total revenue, stop widening and put the effort into the offer instead.
Questions we get
When should I use 60 days instead of 30?
When you want people who are drifting but not gone. Everyone in this band last came in one to two months ago, which is a much sharper audience than any cumulative window gives you.
Does a wider list hurt my email deliverability?
It can, because you are including addresses that have not engaged in a while. Cross this segment with one of the email engagement segments when you want the reach without the risk.
How do I reach only the people who are drifting?
You do not have to. This band already is that group, because the four last-purchase segments do not overlap. Add the 0-7 and 8-30 bands only when you deliberately want the active customers as well.
