Sticky Cards

Text your customers within Georgia’s cannabis advertising rules

Georgia law and Commission rules prohibit licensees from advertising or marketing medical cannabis products to registered patients or the public, except as the statute allows. Under SB 220 (2026), licensees may give registered patients information about the legal and safe uses of medical cannabis, and Commission rules allow that information by electronic communication, printed mail or in person.

  • Put your store name first and an opt-out line on every text.
  • Keep product details, prices and offers on an age-gated page rather than in the text, and check the wording against our list of banned words in cannabis texts.
