Frequently asked questions

Does the shopper need an app?

No. The QR code opens the Messages app already on their phone.

Is their consent recorded?

Yes. Sticky SMS records the time and source of every opt-in.

Where does the offer live?

On your age-gated page. The text links to it rather than naming a discount.

Can I try the sign myself?

Yes. The Text Club sign generator makes a printable sign with a working QR code.
