Bring Dutchie customers back with texts picked from their orders
A text to your whole list treats a first-time buyer and a regular the same. Sticky SMS, by Sticky Cards, is text marketing for dispensaries that connects to your Dutchie POS. We bring in 6 months of Dutchie order history, and segments update on every new sale.

Sticky SMS starts with 6 months of your Dutchie orders
That history comes over as standard. From then on, segments update on every new sale, and time-based segments, such as 30+ days since a visit, refresh daily.
You build each segment from Dutchie order history with 120+ filter attributes, and the audience count updates live while you build.
Your text list starts smaller than your Dutchie customer list: only customers who opt in get texts. Text Club, below, is how that list grows.
Welcome, win-back and birthday texts run from those segments
A play triggers when a customer enters a segment. Three to start with:
- Welcome. A store update after a customer’s first Dutchie purchase, with a link to what is on your shelves.
- Win-back. A text to regulars who have stopped coming in, at the gap you pick. It ends as soon as they buy.
- Birthday. A note on the day, with any offer kept on your age-gated page.

See which texts bring Dutchie customers back in
With Dutchie connected, you see which customers received a text, tapped the link and then bought, such as a purchase the day after. Revenue is measured after the click, inside an attribution window you set. See how text attribution works.
Text Club grows your list at the counter
A shopper scans the QR code on your counter sign, which opens a ready-to-send join text. They send it, get your welcome offer and finish a short sign-up form. The offer waits on your age-gated page, not in the text.
Make your sign with the free Text Club sign generator and put it where people wait to pay.
We connect Dutchie and file your 10DLC registration
We connect Dutchie and bring in your order history. We also file your 10DLC registration with The Campaign Registry. We work with carriers and their partners to get your store approved under its own brand and legal name.
Most stores are live in 1 to 2 days. It can take longer depending on the brand, and we work through it with you.
There is no setup fee, and you pay for the texts you send
There is no charge for the number, the registration or any other setup to get a 10DLC number approved. Texts draw credits, and credits never expire. Your price is quoted on the demo call. See how Sticky SMS pricing works.
Add the Sticky Card for loyalty on Dutchie
