Sticky Cards

Bring Greenline customers back with texts picked from their orders

A text to your whole list treats a first-time buyer and a regular the same. Sticky SMS, by Sticky Cards, is text marketing for dispensaries that connects to your Greenline POS. We bring in 6 months of Greenline order history, and segments update on every new sale.

Sticky SMS starts with 6 months of your Greenline orders

That history comes over as standard. From then on, segments update on every new sale, and time-based segments, such as 30+ days since a visit, refresh daily.

Sign-ups at a Greenline store in Canada are age gated at 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, and each customer’s date of birth is recorded for the consent window.

Your text list starts smaller than your Greenline customer list: only customers who opt in get texts. Text Club, below, is how that list grows.

Welcome, win-back and birthday texts run from those segments

A play triggers when a customer enters a segment. Three to start with:

  • Welcome. A store update after a customer’s first Greenline purchase, with a link to what is on your shelves.
  • Win-back. A text to regulars who have stopped coming in, at the gap you pick. It ends as soon as they buy.
  • Birthday. A note on the day, with any offer kept on your age-gated page.

Kendall's

Kendall's: it has been a while. Here is what is new on our shelves this month: stky.ca/kendalls-new. Reply STOP to opt out.

See which texts bring Greenline customers back in

With Greenline connected, you see which customers received a text, tapped the link and then bought, such as a purchase the day after. Revenue is measured after the click, inside an attribution window you set. See how text attribution works.

Text Club grows your list at the counter

A shopper scans the QR code on your counter sign, which opens a ready-to-send join text. They send it and finish a short sign-up form.

We connect Greenline and file your 10DLC registration

We connect Greenline and bring in your order history. We also file your 10DLC registration with The Campaign Registry. For a Canadian store, we file the Canadian short code. We work with carriers and their partners to get your store approved under its own brand and legal name.

Most stores are live in 1 to 2 days. It can take longer depending on the brand, and we work through it with you.

There is no setup fee, and you pay for the texts you send

There is no charge for the number, the registration or any other setup to get a 10DLC number approved. The Canadian short code is filed with no filing fee. Texts draw credits, and credits never expire. Your price is quoted on the demo call. See how Sticky SMS pricing works.
