Configure your loyalty rewards in Cova
Build the rewards list in Cova so it matches the one in your Sticky workspace.

Every reward here has to match a reward in your Sticky workspace by name, value and points needed. If the two lists differ, a reward can appear in one place and not the other.
In Hub, go to "Settings", then "Loyalty Rewards", and scroll down to the rewards list.
Click "Add Loyalty Reward".
Give the reward a name, a reward value and the points needed to earn it. A reward is a name, a dollar value and a points threshold, so it is not tied to a particular product and is not set as a percentage off.
Save it, then repeat for the rest of your list. Your onboarding rep builds this with you on the pre-live call, so both sides match from day one.
Check the same rewards exist in your Sticky workspace, with the same names, values and points. Rewards are set at the account level rather than per store, so one list covers every location and a customer’s points carry across all of them.
