Set the integration up in Hub, then earn and redeem points in Cova’s native loyalty screens at the register.
Before you start
- Cova’s native loyalty has to be turned on, and every other loyalty system turned off. Cova runs one loyalty system at a time.
- Sticky runs the points and writes the balance into Cova. Your onboarding rep sets the earning rate in Hub with you on the pre-live screenshare.
- Each till needs a wired 2D barcode scanner in HID mode to read a Sticky card. The tablet camera is not used for this.
- Rewards are set once for the whole account, so a customer earns and redeems at any of your locations on one balance.
- Any Cova app version from the 2024 release onwards supports the integration. There is no minimum update to install first.
- Your onboarding rep walks through setup with you on screenshare before you go live, so you do not have to do it alone.
