Customers sign themselves up from the QR code on your in-store material.

Every store gets branded material with its own QR code built in: check-out displays and wall posters at 8.5 by 11 inches and 24 by 36 inches, plus window, counter and floor decals.
Point the customer at the Sticky QR code on your counter display, poster or decal. A budtender only has to point at it.
The customer scans the code with their phone camera and adds the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There is no app to download.
The card sits in the wallet already on their phone, and the balance updates after every sale.
Attach them to the order by scanning the new card, the same way you would for a returning customer.
A customer can also be created from inside Cova. This is a setting you approve at setup: once it is on, every customer profile in Cova appears in Sticky on a one to one sync, so the two lists stay matched. You can then choose whether to issue points straight from the Cova customer record, or have the customer install the Sticky card.
