Set up Cova permissions for Sticky loyalty

Three permissions on your security roles, and nothing new to install.

Cova5 steps

The integration adds no permissions of its own. All three already exist in Cova and are used by other functions too.

  1. Open Cova Hub and go to your security role settings.

  2. In the "Point of Sale" section, switch on "Manage Dispensary Specific Elements". Every employee needs this one, budtenders and managers alike, and Cova requires it for many other functions as well.

  3. In the "Loyalty" section, switch on "View Loyalty Program". This is what lets someone open Loyalty Rewards, and it usually goes to managers only.

  4. Switch on "Edit Loyalty Program" in the same section, so that person can configure Loyalty Rewards. Usually managers only as well.

  5. Save the role, then repeat for any other role that needs it.
