Delete a Customer /Customer's Sticky Card

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to delete a customer's reward card information on Sticky Cards. By following these steps, you can easily remove a customer's card and delete their information from the platform.

Navigate to https://app.stickycards.co/

Click Here

Click "Open"

Click "Customers"

Click the "Search" field.

Type the customer's name and press Enter.

Click on the Customer Name.

Check if the customer has a card Installed. All cards must be Deleted before a Customer can be Deleted from Sticky

Select the Pencil icon and click "Delete"

Click "Remove"

Click "Information"

Click "Delete"

13 Click "Remove"
